Dr. Quave will be joining the faculty of the Emory University School of Medicine this fall as Assistant Professor of Dermatology with a joint appointment in the college in the Center for the Study of Human Health. With this new position, Quave plans to continue her drug discovery research efforts and expand her research group’s work in the search for novel topical therapies from natural sources to treat skin and soft tissue infections. She will also continue teaching undergraduate students 1-2 courses per year on topics such as CAM, wild foods, medicinal plants and health.
