It’s inspiring to see the cultural heritage effo It’s inspiring to see the cultural heritage efforts to preserve traditional Arbëreshë knowledge in Lucania thriving! In the latest initiative in Ginestra, a special exhibit has been created to showcase the traditional uses of medicinal plants. This week, I recorded interviews in Italian, sharing the historic uses of local herbs. The exhibit will be featured in the Ethnobotanical Garden of Ginestra and used in educational programs for local children.

Here I am with Fiorella Pompa, the mayor of Ginestra, on set during the recording.
